For Manoj, the dedication and hard work from day one helped us to have a smooth transition from summer into the busy Fall move-in season. Within Residential Life, Manoj is directly responsible for the supervision of 7 Resident Assistants (RAs) and indirectly responsible for the co-supervision another 6 RAs. Additionally, he has taken on rebuilding of the Residence Hall Council and serves as the advisor for those 6 student leaders. Manoj has been able to lead by coming along-side the RAs and student staff that he works with, which has contributed to the servant leader mindset within our area.
